2012  - Cruse Bereavement

Thank you for all your support in 2012.

Paul Stout and I raised over £3,000 (£3,310 in total) for Cruse Bereavement which included a total of £1,237 raised by MMA Insurance and staff who held a “dress down day” in support of the charity.

The money was raised by Paul and I through sponsorship for completion of the following running events whilst dressed in Batman & Robin outfits.

Sat 4th February 2012 – Thames Trot (50 miles)

Sat 3rd March – Sunday 4th March 2012 – Thames Path 100 (100 miles)

Sun 11th March 2012 – Silverstone Half Marathon

Sun 1st April 2012 – Reading Half Marathon

Sat 7th April 2012 – Compton Challenge (40 miles)

Friday 4th May – Monday 7th May – Offa’s Dyke Trail Run 2012 (177 miles)

We had a really good time participating in these events and are pleased to have supported a very worthwhile cause. Full details of the Cruse Bereavement charity can be found here.
